For those eligible, a receipt will be issued at the end of the year with all the information that will be required by the government for the new Children’s Arts Tax Credit.

COMPLETE CANCELATION OF LESSONS:

One month notice is required to cancel your lessons. You will be charged the full amount for that month whether you choose to take the lessons or not.

LATE ARRIVAL:

If you are late for your lesson, unfortunately I will not be able to make up the time at the end of the lesson, as other students are waiting...

MISSED LESSONS:

Notice BEFORE the first lesson of the semester:

If, by the first lesson of the semester, you know you will miss a/some lesson(s) we can discuss on an individual basis what will be done regarding payment. Please notify me as soon as you can after reciept of your semester invoice.

Notice AFTER the first lesson of the month:

BEFORE scheduled lesson time:

If you notify me 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled lesson time, a MAKE-UP lesson can be provided. The student is responsible for emailing me, calling me or cancelling on the website.

Every effort will be made to schedule a Make-up lesson time that works for both parties, however, if the end of the school year comes, due diligence has been done and still no time can be found there will NOT be a refund. The scheduling of the make-up lesson is the onus of the student and can be done on my website scheduling page.

If you notify me less than 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled lesson time, under normal circumstances (i.e. I forgot to tell you) neither a make-up lesson nor a refund will be provided. However, extenuating circumstance WILL be taken into consideration...as long as it is not abused (i.e. illness, car breaking down, family tragedy etc.) and under these circumstance a make-up lesson WILL be provided.

AFTER scheduled lesson time:

If I do not find out until AFTER your scheduled lesson time, unfortunately there will be neither a refund nor a make-up lesson. NO EXCEPTONS
